Pelargonium 'Dr. Livingstone'
P. 'Dr. Livingstone' is also known as Skeleton Leaf or Skeleton Rose geranium. The beautiful lacey leaves carry a strong lemon-rose scent. Dr. Livingstone is an upright, well-mannered plant. Pinch the center when you plant is 8"-12" tall, turn it weekly and it will grow into a perfectly round ball.
Dr. Livingstone is not an eager bloomer in my experience. I grew it for three years before I ever saw it bloom. The tiny flowers are pale pink with maroon spots on the top petals.
