My Fair Fruticosimum

Pelargonium fruticosimum is a pungent scented geranium
Pelargonium fruticosimum is a pungent scented geranium
P. fruticosimum loves to bloom! It has flowers almost all the time. The foliage is interesting - very narrow and finely divided. It is touchy about getting over-dry. I have to grow it where the sprinklers can "rain" on it. Well worth the trouble. Not to give Fruticosimum a bad reputation! I suspect that in a more humid climate, it would be practically trouble free!
P. fruticosimum is a show-off.

Pelargonium fruticosum

P. fruticosum
P. fruticosum
The foliage of P. fruticosum has a delicate ferny look and a light pungent scent. The flowers are a lovely pale pink. If it weren't for the flowers, it wouldn't even look like a geranium.
